Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

NJCR requires honesty, transparency, originality and responsible research conduct from authors, reviewers and editors. Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, duplicate publication and manipulation of peer review are prohibited.

Authors must disclose competing interests, funding, relevant ethical approval and the contribution of each author. Research involving human participants must follow applicable ethical standards and consent requirements.

Reviewers must preserve confidentiality, declare conflicts and provide objective, constructive reports. Editors must make decisions impartially and must not exploit unpublished material.

Credible concerns are investigated fairly. NJCR may publish corrections, retractions or expressions of concern when the scholarly record requires them.
