Article Processing Charge and Refund Policy

NJCR does not charge a submission fee. An article processing charge of ₦35000 becomes payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted.

Payment does not influence peer review or editorial decision-making. Authors should not make any payment before receiving an official acceptance notice and payment instruction from the Editorial Office.

A refund may be considered where payment was duplicated or made in error before publication. Charges are normally non-refundable after production work has begun or an article has been published.
